Over time the body has an amazing ability to heal itself. Our aim is to facilitate a process to better help your body heal itself. The only place that healing comes from is inside you, remember! It is when your natural healing ability is weakened that your body is now vulnerable to dis-ease, pain, and premature aging. So the true Doctor is within you, restore that Doctor and the body may heal itself as best it can.

It is common that clients notice a significant difference straight away. But it is important to understand however, that HEALING TAKES TIME. Although some clients may immediately feel better, the reality is the healing process has only just begun. This is why at the beginning we may see you several times a week in the first couple of weeks to keep you aligned while the body heals itself, much like a doctor aligning and putting a plaster cast on a broken bone until time and the Doctor within heals it.

As explained above, initially, it is a healing program guiding your body through a natural healing process. After this it is all about the maintenance. Everything requires maintenance, your car, your garden and YOU. Picture an out of control garden – it takes a lot of work to get it looking good again. After this if you just do a little weeding from time to time, then it is easy to manage and keep looking beautiful. Or a plane, I would much prefer they did maintenance rather than waiting for the plane to fall out of the sky before deciding to do something, wouldn’t you?

You may have heard the saying “prevention is better than cure”? Well it makes sense, right? It is easier to take a healthy body and keep it healthy than to wait until it breaks down, wears out, and then try to “fix” it. So maintain a regular chiropractic check up, once a month and you will add years to your life and life to your years. Don’t wait to wear out before doing something about it.

It is a beautiful experience to be able to check and adjust children as they grow and develop. “as the twig is bent, so grows the tree”. A child can have structural nerve interference every bit as much as and adult can, causing many types of childhood symptoms, unnecessarily.

As for a person never too young for chiropractic care, a person is never too old. The same chiropractic principles apply no matter what age. Remove nerve interference and life happens.
